Hi, my name is John Stevens . I am currently a student at Illinois Center for Broadcasting. I have had a passion for sports for as long as I remember. I am a loyal fan of all the Chicago sport teams. My favorite teams in sports are the Chicago Blackhawks, New York Yankees and Duke Blue Devils.  The first week of school I was asked to be the update anchor for "Hawkey Talk" on Tuesdays from 2-4. With being a part of that show I had the chance to interview NBC Sports/ Blackhawks color voice on the TV, Eddie Olczyk, to The Radio Play by Play voice of the Blackhawks, John Wiedeman and to NIU Hockey PBP man, Marcus Grasenick. IBC has giving me the chance to pursue my dream. I am on my way to interning with 670 The Score. I also started a new show called "Burnin Rubber" airing 8-10am on Mondays with co-host Lukas Skavropoulos.
