FedEx 400 Benefiting Autism Speaks Preview

While most of America is wrapped up with zombie love movies lately, Dover International Speedway will bring back a classic tail of "Man vs. Monster" in the FedEx 400. That's because Miles, the concrete monster, will be on the prowl while 43 drivers try to take down the Monster Mile.

The Race and The Place
The stars of NASCAR will be in Dover, Delaware this weekend for the FedEx 400 benefiting Autism Speaks. Last year, Matt Kenseth started deep in the field and took home the victory over Mark Martin.

Drivers I'm Watching
  • Denny Hamlin  He has a special paint scheme for Autism and his sponsor has the namesake to this race. He will put on a good show.
  • Tony Stewart  He looked liked someone else last weekend. Too bad that someone was Danica Patrick!
  • Kyle Busch  Don't look now, but Kyle has been finishing up near the front a lot lately. This weekend could be another solid weekend.
  • Martin Truex, Jr.  The hometown kid looks forward to Dover every year. He could be on the verge of something special at the site of his only Sprint Cup Series victory.
  • Kasey Kahne  Somebody place a bet for Kahne to win, place, and show. At the rate he is going right now, he might be the guy to stop I'll Have Another in his bid for a Triple Crown.
Why TheNASCARTER likes Dover International Speedway
This place is awesome. Not only is their trophy very unique with Miles The Monster holding a driver's die cast but they have a bridge that goes over the track where people can watch the race from. No other oval track has that. I also like that this place is forgiving. Drivers will drive in deep in the turns and hope to make it 400 laps.

My Pick
  • Carl Edwards  They call the guy Concrete Carl for a reason and this is the weekend that last year's Chase runner up makes a statement to not only the other competitors but to his Roush Racing teammates, who sit first and second in the standings.
